Clinical Pearl:

Irregular hyperdensity of the right temporal lobe with sulcal effacement and midline shift of ventricles. Consistent with lobar intraparenchymal hemorrhage. A study by Liu et al. showed that the irregular shape of IPH is an independent predictor of poor functional outcomes; doi: 10.1038/s41598-022-12536-3

Technical Note:

Figure was created using two of TotalSegmentator's tasks: cerebral_bleed and brain_structures. ACPC alignment was performed prior to segmentation on 3D Slicer. The lobe segmentations were edited in 3D slicer to remove overlap with hemorrhage segmentation. Blender was used for rendering.
