Irregular hyperdensity of the right temporal lobe with sulcal effacement and midline shift of ventricles. Consistent with lobar intraparenchymal hemorrhage. Figure was created using two of TotalSegmentator's tasks: cerebral_bleed and brain_structures. ACPC alignment was performed prior to segmentation on 3D Slicer. The lobe segmentations were edited in 3D slicer to remove overlap with hemorrhage segmentation. Blender was used for rendering.
